I had a great stay at this hotel! The location was perfect - right in the center of town. The rooms were stylish and comfortable, and I even got a free upgrade! The staff were so friendly and helpful, and I really enjoyed the buffet breakfast with its wide variety of fresh products. it was a luxurious experience that provided enhanced comfort and quality services.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to families.

Comfortable beds, supportive mattresses, and pillows. Nice breakfast buffet with dietary options. Close to the beach. Central location. Upgraded room with small balcony. Clean room. Polite and forthcoming staff. Secure car park.

The location of the hotel is perfect, with easy access to the promenade, shopping areas, and parks. It is also conveniently close to the casino of Ostend and the tram station, making it easy to explore the city and visit nearby attractions. there are plenty of restaurants and the beach within walking distance, providing a wide range of dining and leisure options for families.
The rooms and bathrooms in the hotel are a bit small, which might be less comfortable for families with kids.

The staff were friendly and always happy to help. The breakfast was excellent, with good quality and enough options. The hotel is centrally located, close to the great Oostend shops, the seaside, and the tram station that takes you to the beach. The building interior was lovely, adding to the pleasant atmosphere.
